This system allows the county Assessor to value and enroll property assessments. It meets California Revenue and Taxation Codes for secured and unsecured rolls. This system also includes interfaces to California State Board of Equalization, Auditor-Controller, Treasurer-Tax Collector and Clerk of the Board.
Orbit
This system allows the county Auditor-Controller and Treasurer-Tax Collector to compute property taxes and generate property tax bills for collection from tax payers. It distributes the collected property tax revenue to taxing jurisdictions in the county. This system also includes interfaces to California State Board of Equalization, Assessor, Clerk of the Board and Taxing Agencies.
Prism
This application allows tax payers to search for property records and place orders for printed copies of annual and supplemental roll records. It also integrates with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) interactive maps to view a property with its surrounding area. It is used by the public at kiosks in county assessor offices.
